Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in or accessing the Property Management Growth Blueprint ("PMGB") program. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Program Access

Upon enrollment and receipt of payment, you will be granted access to the PMGB program materials as outlined at the time of purchase. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. Sharing, distributing, or reselling program content in any form is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

All content included in the PMGB program — including but not limited to videos, modules, worksheets, frameworks, written materials, and coaching content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Property Management Growth Blueprint and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any program content without express written permission.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the PMGB program and the immediate access granted upon enrollment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits under any circumstances. By completing your enrollment and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this no-refund policy.

4. 1:1 Coaching Sessions

For participants enrolled in the coaching track, scheduled sessions that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions cancelled with adequate notice, subject to availability.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to engage respectfully within the PMGB community and any group or coaching environments. PMGB reserves the right to revoke access without refund for any participant who engages in harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The PMGB program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the program will meet your specific expectations or produce any particular result. Please refer to our full Disclaimer for additional details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMGB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of Idaho.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
